When is an election	It is always on the 4th Wednesday in October
Time	8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Who is in charge	The Returning Officer, City Clerk's Department of the City of Winnipeg
Area	Ward
Who can vote	must be 18 years or older you must be a Canadian Citizen you must be a resident, tenant or property owner in the municipality, 6 months before the election you must be on the list of electors
